The Way of Life chp.4

(Okies my peeps we r gonna shift the POV around a bit. Ok the scene is when the trio are kits and the POV is third person but we r mainly going with NightKit's reactions and intrests ok? OK! here's we go!!!)

NightKit stood in front of her brother and sister and mother her hackles raised and her ears back. WinterFall hissed as the small war waged in front of the nursery she stepped in front of her proud little kit as NightKit flicked her purple-ish colored tail in annoyance. "WinterFall. Get behind me! You can't fight with how sick you are" The kit said pushing her weakend mother behind her. WinterFall finally submitted as the Thunderclan deputy stepped in. WinterFall's eyes widened as NightKit hissed and leaped forward her little claws outstretched. She got a good hit on the deputys cheek before he slammed her down. She wriggled free and darted over to her siblings. WinterFall yowled and charged her weak body forward thorwing her white and silver form into the deputys chest. NightKit turned to her frightened litter-mates. She spoke in a whisper "I've heard about the deputy. To make it look like he didn't lay a claw on us and we died from shock. He's gonna try and choke us. Once he starts chokeing wait until you start to pass out before playing dead. Hold you're breath as well for a few seconds ok?" the two nodded and she turned just as WinterFall hit the ground dead. Her body torn and bloody. NightKit let out a yowl,  which sounded more like a mew, of agony before chargeing again and leaping onto the deputy's head going to town shredding the fur around his eyes and ears. the deputy yowled and threw the little kit off before procceding to choke her. She struggled at first before she went limp and stopped breathing. MoonKit and TimeKit froze in horror as the deputy threw the kit down. But relaxed a bit keeping they're horrified compuser as NightKit began breathing again. TimeKit was next and he did the same thing as he heard the yowls of the cats begin to die down as BackStar and TearStar faced off. MoonKit was next and she fought a little bit before giving in. the deputy smirked and grabbed the three kits throwing them out and then dragging the queens body out and throwing it next to the kits. The ShadowClan leader stared in horror at the body's BlackStar smirked and signaled for his hoard of cats to retreat. They did as he stayed behind NightKit woke up and stiffled a hiss as she stared at BlackStar getting that close to her leader. BlackStar backed away and NightKit faded back into the realm of dreams.
